When Roofing Repairs Are Needed In El Paso, Contact 1-800-Roofcare!

If the roof of your home is leaking, creating damage to the interior of your home, it is time to contact 1-800-Roofcare. Our El Paso affiliate will come to your home, inspect the roof of your home, and provide you with a written estimate to make the needed repairs.

Why should I choose 1-800-Roofcare?

  • Experience – The 1-800-Roofcare contractor in El Paso has years of experience in meeting the needs of El Paso residents. In the roofing industry, experience is vitally important as each roofing system can be slightly different, as well each repair can present a different set of problems. The greater the experience the more likely the repair will be done right the first time.
  • Workmanship – Our roofing teams take great pride in the work the work that they do. They want to make your home secure and watertight in order to protect the investment that your home represents.
  • Price – Price is always an important factor. At 1-800-Roofcare we strive to bring you the lowest price possible, while at the same time, providing the best roofing systems possible.

How do I know if I can just repair my roof, or if I need to replace the entire roofing system?

Usually a roofing specialist can inspect your home and make that determination. But, here are some things that you might look for prior to our roofing specialist arriving:

  • Shingled Roof – If the roof of your home has spots where the color is completely gone, if he corners of your shingles are missing, if the edges of your shingles are curling upward, or if you have sections of missing shingles, then you are at the point of needing a roof replacement.
  • Tile Roof – If your tile roof has a number of cracks running throughout the roof’s surface, or if a number of tiles are missing, it means that the weathering agents have been able to attack, and wear away the protective coating under the tiles that serves to seal your home’s roof. Again, it is probably time to consider replacing your roofing system.

What options for roofing materials do you offer?

  • Shingles – Asphalt shingles are very common. Today’s asphalt shingles come in a wide variety of colors and designs, so not only do they serve the functional purpose of preventing water from entering your home, they become part of the design of your home as well.
  • Tile – Many homes are being constructed with a tile roofing system, quite often made of baked clay. This system will last longer than a system of fiberglass/asphalt shingles. The system will have a higher cost initially, but the extra years of protection would offset the initial costs.
  • WMR – White membrane roofing is a system that is growing in popularity in the Southwest. Rather than the black roofing systems that tend to absorb the sun’s heat, making the upper levels of homes and businesses warmer, the white material reflects much of the heat. This allows a longer span for the roofing material, and lower energy bills for cooling the building.
  • Metal – Steel, aluminum, and copper are the common materials used in metal roofing. Steel and aluminum provide the lowest prices and the greatest variety of colors and designs. Copper, the most expensive, will provide hundreds of years of service, while the others could provide fifty or more years of reliable protection from the elements.
  • Solar – Solar roofing shingles have become more affordable, and therefore more practical, especially in areas with our climate and weather patterns. They serve the same purpose and function as regular shingles, but have the added feature of being able to provide your home with much of its electrical energy needs.

When considering different options in roofing materials, please remember that not all roofing materials can be used on all roof styles. How steep or how flat your roof is will help determine which material will be suitable for your home.
